Contest and Sweepstakes Rules
Winners must be at least 18 years of age and present valid photo identification to claim his or her prize. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning or prize is forfeit.
Listeners are eligible to win a contest only once every thirty days. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. Listeners are eligible to win a prize valued at $600 or more only once every six months.
By playing a contest or calling our in-studio phone lines, participant has awarded Hutton Broadcasting and its stations the right to publicize your name, likeness, voice, and details of winning through broadcast or any other means of publicity without compensation.
All applicable taxes and fees are the responsibility of the winner.
Management reserves the right to change these rules without notice.
During phone contests, the person answering the phone has the final decision as to who is the winning caller.
Anytime you call a Hutton Broadcasting radio station, it's likely that your voice may be recorded, and used in any manner.
Winner may be asked to furnish their Social Security Number for IRS reporting reasons.
Winner agrees to accept the prize "as is". No warranties, promises, or product guarantee of any kind shall accompany the grand prize.
Contest winners will be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of any prize. Pursuant to the liability release, winners will agree to hold all entities involved in the contest harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the prize or contest.
Any prize awarded to an ineligible participant will be declared null and void.
Employees of Hutton Broadcasting or its subsidiaries, and their families and agencies, are not eligible to win contests.
Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.
